Rush PCB Assembly — Quick Turn PCBA Service

When your deadline can't wait. Dedicated rush production lines deliver assembled boards in 24–72 hours from file approval. No compromise on quality.

Kingdta's rush PCB assembly service is designed for engineers who need assembled boards fast — whether for an investor demo, trade show deadline, or urgent design iteration. We operate a dedicated express production line with priority scheduling, 24/7 production capability, and a dedicated project manager assigned to every rush order. Standard quality checks (AOI, X-ray for BGA, functional test) are never skipped — speed and quality are not mutually exclusive.

Our Process

1

Submit Files & Confirm Timeline

Upload your Gerber, BOM, and CPL files. Our engineer reviews within 2 hours and confirms the achievable delivery date.

2

Priority Scheduling

Your order is immediately inserted into the rush production queue, bypassing standard lead time.

3

24/7 Production

Rush orders run through night shifts if needed. Your dedicated project manager monitors every step.

4

Accelerated QC

Full AOI and SPI inspection performed. BGA X-ray and functional test completed without delay.

5

Same-Day Shipping

Boards are packed and handed to DHL/FedEx Express on the same day production completes.

Customer Case Study — Medical Device

48-Hour Rush Prototype for a Cardiac Monitor FDA Pre-Submission

A US medical device startup developing a wearable cardiac monitor — needing 5 assembled and tested prototypes within 48 hours for an FDA pre-submission meeting that had been scheduled 6 weeks in advance.

The Problem

The customer's lead hardware engineer discovered a critical design error (incorrect pull-up resistor value on the AFE4900 analog front end) 3 days before the FDA meeting. A board revision was needed, but their prototype assembly supplier quoted 2 weeks minimum. Missing the FDA meeting would delay their program by 3 months.

Key Challenges

  • Board revision required — new Gerber files, updated BOM, and restocking of revised components
  • AFE4900 analog front end — 0.4mm pitch QFN with sensitive analog layout requirements
  • 5 boards needed within 48 hours including PCB fabrication, assembly, and functional test
  • Firmware load and ECG signal quality verification required on all 5 boards
  • IPC Class 2 documentation required for FDA pre-submission package

Our Solution

We received the revised Gerber files and BOM at 6pm on a Tuesday. Our procurement team sourced the updated components (including the corrected 100kΩ resistors and the AFE4900) from local Shenzhen distributors for same-day delivery. PCB fabrication was completed in 18 hours using our 24-hour expedite service. Assembly and reflow were completed Thursday morning. We loaded the customer's firmware and ran the ECG signal quality test protocol the customer provided. All 5 boards passed with ECG noise floor below the 10μV target. Boards were shipped Thursday afternoon via DHL Express, arriving in Boston Friday morning — 4 hours before the FDA meeting.

Results & Outcomes

5 tested boards delivered in 44 hours from receipt of revised files
All 5 boards passed ECG signal quality test — noise floor 6.2μV average (target <10μV)
FDA pre-submission meeting proceeded on schedule
Customer received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation 8 months later

"We were facing a program-critical deadline with a 48-hour window. Kingdta delivered 5 tested boards in 44 hours. The quality of the assembly was excellent — the AFE4900 analog front end performed exactly as designed. Without their rush service, we would have missed our FDA meeting and lost 3 months of program time."
