Component Sourcing Guide

How we source components, what happens when parts are out of stock, and how we protect you from counterfeit components.

We source components exclusively from authorized distributors and franchised dealers. Our primary sourcing partners include:

Authorized Sources Only

We never purchase from unauthorized brokers, grey market sources, or unverified online marketplaces for customer orders.

Incoming Inspection

All components undergo incoming inspection including visual check, date code verification, and packaging authenticity check.

Certificate of Conformance

We retain distributor certificates of conformance (CoC) for all components, available on request.

Traceability

Our MES system records the distributor, lot number, and date code for every component on every board.

Component shortages are a reality of the electronics industry. Here is how we handle out-of-stock situations:

We notify you immediately if any BOM component is out of stock or has extended lead time.

We suggest approved alternate MPNs from the same or equivalent manufacturer when available.

We can place orders for long-lead components in advance once you confirm your order.

For critical components with no alternates, we provide realistic lead time estimates so you can plan accordingly.

You can supply your own components (consignment) for any items you have in stock or prefer to source yourself.
