Turnkey PCB Assembly
Complete one-stop PCBA service — from bare board to tested assembly
Kingdta's turnkey PCB assembly service covers every step of the manufacturing process under one roof. You provide the design files (Gerber, BOM, CPL), and we handle everything else: PCB fabrication, full component sourcing from authorized distributors, SMT and DIP assembly, soldering, cleaning, and functional testing.
This eliminates the coordination overhead of managing multiple suppliers and dramatically reduces the risk of component mismatch or quality inconsistency. Our engineering team performs a free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis before production begins, identifying potential issues before they become costly defects.

Prototype PCB Assembly
Fast-turn prototype PCBA for engineers who need to move quickly
When you're in the design validation phase, speed matters. Kingdta's prototype PCB assembly service is optimized for fast turnaround — typically 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation to shipment.
Every prototype order includes a free DFM review by our engineering team. We flag potential manufacturing issues, suggest component alternatives if your specified parts are out of stock, and confirm the assembly plan before production starts. This proactive approach means fewer revision cycles and faster time-to-market.
What's Included
- Minimum 5 pieces per order
- 5–7 business day standard lead time
- Free DFM analysis included
- Component shortage alternatives suggested
- Dedicated engineering support
- Gerber, BOM, CPL file review
- Functional testing available

Small Batch PCBA
Consistent quality from 10 to 5,000 units — production-grade processes
Scaling from prototype to small batch production is where many manufacturers struggle with quality consistency. Kingdta's small batch PCBA service applies the same production-grade processes used for high-volume orders — the same SMT equipment, the same 9-stage quality control system, and the same MES traceability.
Whether you're producing 50 units for a pilot run or 5,000 units for an initial market launch, every board goes through the full quality process. Our MES system records every production step, component lot number, and test result — giving you the documentation you need for compliance and warranty management.
What's Included
- 10 to 5,000 units per run
- Production-grade SMT equipment
- 9-stage quality control system
- Full MES production traceability
- Component lot number tracking
- Test reports and quality documentation
- Flexible scheduling for repeat orders

SMT Assembly
High-precision surface mount technology with Yamaha equipment
Surface mount technology (SMT) is the foundation of modern PCBA. Kingdta operates 7 Yamaha high-speed SMT placement lines, capable of handling components from 01005 (0.4 × 0.2mm) to large connectors and shields. Our placement accuracy of ±0.03mm ensures reliable assembly even for the most demanding high-density designs.
The SMT process at Kingdta follows a rigorous sequence: solder paste printing (with SPI verification), component placement, reflow soldering, and 100% AOI inspection. For BGA and other hidden solder joints, X-Ray inspection is available as standard or on-request.
What's Included
- 7 Yamaha high-speed SMT lines
- Min component: 01005 (0.4 × 0.2mm)
- Placement accuracy: ±0.03mm
- SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) after printing
- 100% AOI post-reflow
- X-Ray inspection for BGA
- Lead-free and leaded solder options
Technical Specifications
| Min Component | 01005 (0.4 × 0.2mm) |
| Min Pitch | 0.25mm (QFP/QFN) |
| Placement Accuracy | ±0.03mm |
| Daily Capacity | 10M placements |
| BGA Support | Yes, X-Ray verified |
| Solder Process | Lead-free / Leaded |
DIP / Through-Hole Assembly
Reliable through-hole and mixed assembly for demanding applications
Through-hole (DIP) components remain essential in many applications — power connectors, large capacitors, transformers, and components requiring mechanical strength. Kingdta operates 3 dedicated DIP plug-in lines with double wave soldering capability.
We support both fully through-hole boards and mixed SMT+THT assemblies. For mixed boards, SMT components are assembled and reflowed first, then through-hole components are inserted and wave-soldered. Selective soldering is available for boards where wave soldering would damage SMT components on the bottom side.
What's Included
- 3 dedicated DIP assembly lines
- Double wave soldering
- Mixed SMT + THT assembly
- Selective soldering available
- Manual soldering for complex connectors
- Post-solder cleaning (water-wash or no-clean)
- IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
Technical Specifications
| DIP Lines | 3 dedicated lines |
| Soldering | Wave + selective + manual |
| Min Lead Pitch | 1.27mm (0.05") |
| Mixed Assembly | SMT + THT supported |
| Cleaning | Water-wash / No-clean |
| Standard | IPC-A-610 Class 2/3 |

Components Sourcing
Full BOM procurement from authorized distributors — no counterfeit risk
Component sourcing is one of the most critical and often underestimated aspects of PCBA manufacturing. Counterfeit or substandard components are a persistent problem in the electronics supply chain. Kingdta sources exclusively from authorized distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, LCSC) and their authorized agents.
Our procurement team handles full BOM management: checking availability, identifying long-lead-time items early, suggesting qualified alternatives for obsolete or out-of-stock parts, and consolidating all components for your order. We also maintain a bonded component inventory for common passives and standard ICs to reduce lead time.
What's Included
- Authorized distributor sourcing only
- Full BOM management service
- Alternative component suggestions
- Long-lead-time early warning
- Incoming component inspection
- Bonded inventory for common parts
- Component traceability documentation
