Kingdta's turnkey PCB assembly service covers every step of the manufacturing process under one roof. You provide the design files (Gerber, BOM, CPL), and we handle everything else: PCB fabrication, full component sourcing from authorized distributors, SMT and DIP assembly, soldering, cleaning, and functional testing.

This eliminates the coordination overhead of managing multiple suppliers and dramatically reduces the risk of component mismatch or quality inconsistency. Our engineering team performs a free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis before production begins, identifying potential issues before they become costly defects.

Scaling from prototype to small batch production is where many manufacturers struggle with quality consistency. Kingdta's small batch PCBA service applies the same production-grade processes used for high-volume orders — the same SMT equipment, the same 9-stage quality control system, and the same MES traceability.

Whether you're producing 50 units for a pilot run or 5,000 units for an initial market launch, every board goes through the full quality process. Our MES system records every production step, component lot number, and test result — giving you the documentation you need for compliance and warranty management.

Through-hole (DIP) components remain essential in many applications — power connectors, large capacitors, transformers, and components requiring mechanical strength. Kingdta operates 3 dedicated DIP plug-in lines with double wave soldering capability.

We support both fully through-hole boards and mixed SMT+THT assemblies. For mixed boards, SMT components are assembled and reflowed first, then through-hole components are inserted and wave-soldered. Selective soldering is available for boards where wave soldering would damage SMT components on the bottom side.
