For a complete turnkey quote, we need: Gerber files (PCB fabrication), BOM (Bill of Materials with manufacturer part numbers), and CPL/centroid file (component placement). For assembly-only (consignment), just the Gerber and CPL files are required.
Standard quote turnaround is within 24 business hours after we receive complete files. Complex projects or large BOMs may require 48 hours. We'll confirm the timeline when we receive your inquiry.
We accept prototype orders from 5 pieces. For small batch production, the typical minimum is 10 pieces. There is no maximum — we handle orders from 5 to 50,000+ units.
Yes. Every order includes a free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis by our engineering team. We review your Gerber files and BOM for potential manufacturing issues before production starts.
Yes. Our turnkey service includes full BOM procurement from authorized distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, Avnet, LCSC). If any components are unavailable, we'll suggest qualified alternatives.
