Kingdta PCBA Service Flow

Send your PCB Gerber files (RS-274X), PCB specifications, BOM, and required quantity. Specify PCB material, finished thickness, copper weight, surface finish, silkscreen and solder mask colors. If firmware programming is required, provide the firmware file and test method.

Confidentiality agreement (NDA) will be signed before any sensitive files are transferred, upon your request. Accepted formats: Gerber RS-274X / 274D, Eagle AutoCAD DXF/DWG, BOM in MS Excel with part number, manufacturer, quantity, and value.

The Kingdta engineering team reviews your PCB files and confirms our manufacturing capability meets your production requirements. Any unclear requirements are clarified with you before quoting. A detailed quotation is sent within 24 hours.

DFM review covers: component availability, pad geometry, trace/space rules, via design, BOM cross-reference, assembly notes, and any special process requirements.

After order confirmation, you will receive a Proforma Invoice (P/I) from our team. Deposit payment can be arranged according to the bank details in the P/I attachment.

Payment terms are confirmed in the P/I. We provide a formal order acknowledgment with confirmed lead time, quantity, and full specifications.

Upon receipt of deposit, Kingdta prepares Gerber files for PCB manufacturing. Any engineering queries (EQ) from PCB fabrication are sent to you for confirmation. Component procurement begins immediately in parallel. Stencils, test fixtures, and tooling are arranged simultaneously.

Standard FR-4, aluminum, high-frequency Rogers/PTFE, rigid-flex, and specialty PCBs all available. All fabrication steps are tracked in our MES system.

Estimated delivery time will be confirmed within one week of deposit receipt. Your sales contact will send photos of bare PCBs when they are ready to enter the SMT process.

We proactively communicate production milestones. Any component shortage or substitution is confirmed with you before proceeding — no unauthorized substitutions.

Solder paste printing (SPI-verified), SMT component placement on 7 Yamaha production lines, reflow soldering, AOI inspection, DIP/through-hole soldering, wave/selective soldering, cleaning, and IC programming if required.

SPI after solder paste printing, AOI after reflow, X-ray for BGA/QFN components. All assembly steps logged in MES with full component lot traceability.

When all processes are complete, you will receive photos of finished PCBA assemblies and packaging for your confirmation. Balance payment is due before shipment. Commercial invoice and packing list are sent at time of shipment for customs clearance.

100% AOI, X-ray (BGA/QFN), ICT/flying probe, functional testing per your specification, and final visual inspection per IPC-A-610. All test results logged in MES.

Boards are packed in anti-static packaging and shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Kingdta tracks shipments daily after dispatch. You will be notified when the parcel arrives at your country's customs. After receipt, we request a quality feedback report within one month.

Kingdta guarantees PCBs and finished PCBA assemblies against quality defects for 12 months. Contact us any time for quality issues. Feedback reports help us continuously improve our processes.
