PCB Assembly DFM Checklist
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) issues are the #1 cause of prototype delays and cost overruns. Use this checklist before submitting your files to catch common problems early.
Panel size within our working area: max 500mm × 450mm
V-score or tab-routed breakaway tabs specified
Minimum tab width: 2mm (V-score) or 3mm (routed tabs)
No components within 5mm of V-score lines (stress cracking risk)
Fiducials on panel rails (not just individual boards)
